Refunds / Exchanges

If you need to return an item, it must be in the same condition it was at the time of sale (unless you’re returning it because it’s defective). Just stop by the store with the cash register receipt within thirty (30) days of purchase, and we will gladly exchange the item, or issue a refund.  The refund will be in the form of the payment received, so please bring the same credit card used for purchase, if that was the payment method. Sale items, and items sold “as -is”, are not returnable.

Privacy Statement

Golden Age Collectables is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party. We may use the information we collect internally, to periodically notify you about new items, services, or special offers we think you’ll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, most of the emails have an unsubscribe link at the bottom, or you can also just reply to any e-mail you receive with “unsubscribe” as the subject line.
